Paul lost his 5 year battle against malignant melanoma on 16th June 2006.
He was diagnosed with this cancer whilst studying for his ‘A’ levels. Paul had a very determined character, the hospital visits and treatment were not going to interfere with his life - the fight was on!!

Carol Rookwood (nee Roberts), died peacefully at home on Sunday 17 June, aged 68, after a mercifully short battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Colin for 46 years, and devoted mother of Barney, Ems, Dan and Joel. We are so grateful to The Christie for the treatment she received.
