Anita was a beautiful, brave and courageous young woman who lost her long battle with ovarian cancer on 1st July 2013 at The Christie Hospital, aged 35.
She was much loved - a wonderful daughter to Joan and Pete, amazing big sister to Kate and husband Matt, loving partner to Steve and caring niece to Ange and Les.

My Mum was born in Miles Platting on the 12th of September 1942, my Dad on the 30th of September 1941. They were married on the 21st of October 1961 at Corpus Christi, Father Siveld presiding. A loving couple for over forty years and the perfect parents to their three children.

Kazimiera (Elizabeth) WASKO maiden name SZKODA, was born on September 26, 1949, in Zamosc, Poland. She moved to England in 1970 and married Jan WASKO at St Patrick's Church, Oldham in 1972. Soon two children followed and 'Kazia' began her involvement in the Polish Community in Oldham.

Born on 25th July 1951 in Ladmanlow to Fred and Margery Harrison, Mum went to school at Burbage and then started work at the Co-Op shoe shop in Buxton before joining Otter Controls at 18. Mum met Dad and they got married on the 13th November 1976. On 5th January 1982, Mum's full-time role turned to housewife after I was born.

Gill was an inspiration to many people during her life, especially in the latter years as she bravely battled cancer. She never complained about her illness, despite having suffered much for many years.
