Carol Rookwood (nee Roberts), died peacefully at home on Sunday 17 June, aged 68, after a mercifully short battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Colin for 46 years, and devoted mother of Barney, Ems, Dan and Joel. We are so grateful to The Christie for the treatment she received.
Margaret Marrochia

Margaret Marrochia was born on March 24, 1951. She was a wonderful Wife to John, Mum to both Vincent and Nina and Grandma to Libby. Not to mention a much loved Sister, Sister-in-Law and Auntie.
Her short fight with lung cancer was unfortunately lost on 31st August 2010 during which she received much love and care from both family and friends.

Jean Wells

Jean Wells was born on March 26, 1954. She will be remember for her beautiful smile and her courage in battling cancer for 20 months. She never complained and committed her life to serving others - she was devoted to looking after her family. She loved her golden retriever, Sheba, who she missed dearly.

Rocket was born on July 20, 1955. We lost the ' big man' on the 23rd July, 2009 aged 54 and what a huge miss he has been. He touched so many lives and was much loved by those who knew him. Rocket would feel so humble and overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity shown in his memory.

Sadly on the 24th Jan 2013 Billy passed away with his family by his side after a long 4 year battle with Leukemia.
Billy never let his illness get him down, no matter what he had a big smile on his face.

Jean Wootton, born 17 December 1929 - died 10 November 2011, aged 81. Married to Ricky Wootton for a very happy 53 years, who sadly also passed away from cancer in 2005. Mum of 8, Grandmother of 17 & Great-Grandmother of 12.
Jean was an inspiration of bravery, strength and love, and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.
Susan Manners Wood

Susan Manners Wood died peacefully at The Christie Hospital on 29th November 2012. She was a dearly loved wife, mum, grandmother and friend to so many. She was our rock, an amazing role model, and a source of inspiration to us all. We will all miss her so much.

Frank Dale was my father. He died from bowel cancer when I was 17 years old. I wish I was able to write about all of the wonderful things that he achieved in his life but sadly he died before I was mature enough ask.
What I do know though is that he was an incredibly kind and giving man.
