About The Christie Charity

About The Christie charity

The Christie treats 60,000 patients each year in addition to pioneering cancer breakthroughs throughout the last 100 years. From discovering new treatments in our laboratories to finding new ways of making our patients’ lives easier, thousands of people are now leading fuller, happier, longer lives because of our ground-breaking work. The Christie charity delivers projects, equipment and improvements that are over and above what the NHS funds, enabling us to give patients access to the best care, research and treatment possible.

Much of this amazing work would not be possible without donations from our incredible supporters.

It is with the continued passion, loyalty and enthusiasm of our supporters that ultimately brings us a step closer to a future without cancer. For more information about the charity, please visit www.christies.org or contact us on: christie.appeals.fundraising@nhs.net

The Walk of Hope

The Walk of Hope is a gentle 10K evening stroll through the beautiful grounds of Tatton Park.

The walk honours the courage of those battling cancer and those who have sadly lost the fight.

During the Walk of Hope there will be opportunities to celebrate with survivors and also to remember those who are no longer with us.

If you would be interested in taking part in this annual event, please get in touch at: christie.appeals.fundraising@nhs.net or phone 0161 446 3985.
